When you contact us for a quote or use our services, we may collect:

• Your name
• Your contact details (email, phone, postal address, postcode)
• Details of the job you're enquiring about (including any photos you send)
• Payment details (processed by our payment provider — we don't store card numbers ourselves)

• To respond to your quote request and provide the service you asked for
• To send you booking confirmations and job-related updates
• To manage repeat visits (e.g. our regular window cleaning round)
• To keep basic business records for accounting and tax purposes

We do not sell your data. We do not use it for third-party marketing.

We only share your information with service providers that help us run the business (for example, email/messaging tools, our accountant, and payment processors), and only to the extent needed to do their job. Any provider we use is expected to handle your data securely.

We keep quote enquiries for up to 24 months so we can pick up conversations if you come back to us. Customer job records are kept for as long as needed to run the ongoing service and to meet UK tax and accounting record-keeping requirements (typically 6 years).

Under UK GDPR you can ask us to:

• See what personal data we hold about you
• Correct anything that's inaccurate
• Delete your data, where we're not required to keep it for legal reasons
• Stop us from contacting you

Our website uses only essential cookies needed to make the site work. We don't currently run marketing pixels or analytics that identify you personally. If that changes, we'll update this page.
