Get My Free Quote 07824 115602 ## Who we help, and what we specialise in We help homeowners across South Wales get the outside of their property looking right again — roofs stripped of moss, render lifted back to its original finish, driveways brought back from green, gutters cleared before they start rotting the fascias. And we help commercial clients keep their frontage presentable without locking them into long-term contracts. What we specialise in is the full exterior reset. Not just a roof clean, not just a driveway blast — the whole outside of the building, tackled together, so it looks like one job when we're finished. Most customers don't want to book three trades. They want to book one competent one, once. We're owner-led. That means Joshua Evans is on your job. No subcontractors, no dispatch office, no "the boys will be round". If you spoke to us on the phone, you'll shake the same hand when we arrive. ## How we work — and what we won't do ### Low-pressure, controlled surface cleaning on roofs We never take a domestic jet-wash to a roof. A low-pressure rotary surface cleaner plus a proper biocide keeps the tile surface intact and delivers a 2–3 year clean finish. ### Softwash chemistry on render Render, K-Rend and painted masonry get low-pressure biocide treatment. Pressure washing render is the fastest way to void a warranty. ### Photo-based quotes, no doorstep sales Send us photos, we come back within 24 hours with a written price. No pushy follow-ups, no site visits designed to pressure you. ### Payment on completion Not upfront, not on deposit. We finish, you walk the job with us, then we invoice. If we've done it wrong, you tell us before we get paid. ### Ground protection every time Sheets over patios and planting before we start. Every bag of moss taken off-site. We don't leave you with a bigger tidy-up than you started with. ### Honest scope If the job isn't worth doing, or you'd get better value from a different trade (a decorator, a roofer, a gutter installer), we'll say so. We turn work down when it's the right thing. ## The measurable proof We don't lean on vague slogans. Here's what we can put a number or a fact against. 1,300 Customers on the active window round 24 hrs Written quote turnaround, always Fully Insured — domestic and commercial All of South Wales — one owner-led team ### The kit we actually use Honda GX390 industrial pressure washer with a rotary surface cleaner for driveways and patios. Professional soft-wash biocide for roofs and render. Reach-and-pole system for windows, conservatories and roof panels. Correct roof ladders, anchors and PPE for every access job — plus tower scaffolding brought in where the pitch, height or access calls for it. It's not a rented-machine operation. ## Talk to the owner — not a call centre 29 Meadow Street, Cwmafan, Port Talbot, SA12 9EG. Send photos, get a written quote within 24 hours.
